TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read carefully the information stated below before deciding to commission me, as it is mandatory to be aware of.
ㅤ📃You will be charged a PayPal fee. I only work PayPal.

The reason for this transactional fee is because PayPal itself takes a sum of money when I receive this payment. To ensure that I get the sum I have asked for in my Prices section, I have added a fee.
ㅤMy fee is 4.99% + $0.49/€0.45 (International Fee Rate).ㅤ
You can use this site as a guide for your price calculation. (Remember to put your country and to settle for an International Fee) CLICK HEREㅤ
I have posted my prices both in USD and EUR to offer a clear guide, but if you need help with conversions, fee calculations, etc. you can always ask me directly for help. I will always be at your service with a transparent process.ㅤ
ㅤ📃 The completion of a commission may take from a few weeks to three months.
ㅤI am an artist that likes to take my time with pieces, especially commissioned ones. I want both me and my client(s) to be satisfied with the final product.

In addition to this, I may be working on other projects or with other clients, which would lengthen the waiting time. If you are in need of an estimate, I will attempt to give you one. (If you need a commission by a specific due date for any reason, we can discuss making it a priority.)

ㅤ📃I have a creative process that requires close contact with my clients.
ㅤDuring progress with my commissions, I ask my clients for feedback on every stage of creation (sketch, lineart, flat colors, etc.). Due to this, I highly advise you to keep in touch with me via Discord, Twitter or E-Mail.ㅤ
If you are a first-timer and would like to ask for details, on how the process goes, that is completely okay. When a new client reaches out to me, we lay down the idea they'd want to have me draw and their available budget, proceeded by me showing them the available options for them. If all things go well, they will pay me the price of the commission and I will return to them with a check-in (the first sketch) within 7-14 days.

ㅤ📃I am not fond of almost-daily messages related to the stage of the commission.

ㅤIf there is progress to bring to you, I promise that you will see it. Asking me on such a short basis has a tendency to make me very anxious and it disturbs me enough to slow me down from working on any pieces whatsoever.

If I, for whatever reason, am unable to complete your piece, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded (excluding the PayPal fee).It is okay to DM me in regards to your commission once-twice a week.

ㅤ📃I do not accept refunds.

ㅤI offer my clients a plethora of free check-ins for all of the stages of the commission (sketch, lineart, flat colors, shading, backgrounds, etc.) with the ability for them to submit feedback and ask for changes as they desire.ㅤ
If you ask for a refund after I have shown you the sketch and you have approved it, you will not receive any monetary compensation.ㅤ

📃You are free to do anything with your commission.

ㅤWhile giving me credit when you post the piece anywhere is appreciated because it advertises my works, it is not mandatory.
ㅤ
You can not redistribute the commission for profit. You are not allowed to turn a piece you have commissioned from me into merchandise/any product that gains profit without my permission. I do not allow my commission works to be commercialized unless we have discussed as such beforehand, due to the fact that the prices and credit process will be vastly different.In this scenario, OCs that later on become adopts do not apply to the situation stated above. (You would be selling a character design, not my commission per-se.)
